Whisper’s Magical Children’s Hospital and Maternity opened in March 2016, and the current site was opened by Rt. Hon. Rebecca Kadaga in 2018. The hospital, which has 47 beds, is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Services offered are primary care (also for adults), emergency services (paediatric and neonatal intensive care units), surgery, maternity services including an antenatal programme, nutritional rehabilitation, physiotherapy.

The hospital treated over 60,000 patients since opened and employs 70 full time professionals.
